This role involves assisting with water delivery operations, equipment handling, loading/unloading, and maintaining safe work environments. This is an **overnight position** requiring physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor setting. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Assist the Water Truck Driver with daily operations * Help load and unload water and related equipment at job sites * Secure tools and cargo to ensure safe transportation * Monitor water flow and assist with hose connections and disconnections * Perform safety checks on equipment and report any concerns * Follow proper spill containment and response procedures * Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and truck * Communicate effectively with team members and customers * Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures * Support with basic paperwork or logging activities when needed * Perform other general labour duties as assigned ### **Qualifications** * Valid **Class G Drivers License** preferred but not required * Previous labour or outdoor work experience an asset * Able to lift up to **70 pounds** and perform physically demanding tasks * Comfortable using hand tools and basic equipment * Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork * Willingness to work **overnight shifts**, with potential for overtime and weekend work * Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated ### **Work Conditions** * Primarily outdoor work in varying weather conditions * Evening and overnight shifts required * Physical labour including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing or walking * Seasonal work from spring through fall, with potential for transition into winter duties ### **Benefits of Working with CSL Group Ltd.** * Company-paid health benefits * RRSP program with company contribution * Boot allowance and company-paid uniforms * Safe and healthy work environment * Advancement opportunities within the company * Employee appreciation activities **Be part of a team that values hard work, safety, and mutual respect.
