With close-knit job sites, scenic views, and rewarding projects, we live our mission to create and care for inspiring and enduring landscapes while fostering a positive and supportive team culture. **Position Overview** As the Property Care Crew Leader, you will oversee a crew to ensure the maintenance of our high-end residential and commercial properties. Your responsibilities will include: **Primary Duties (April to December):** * Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and general turf maintenance. * Garden maintenance, including weeding, pruning, and planting. * Mulching and seasonal plant installations. * Operating and maintaining equipment safely and efficiently. * Leading your crew to complete daily tasks to the highest standard. * Ensuring client satisfaction by communicating professionally and addressing any on-site concerns. **Seasonal Duties (November to December and March):** * Installing and removing Christmas light displays. * Ensuring decorations are installed safely and reflect the quality craftsmanship were known for. **Layoff Period (January and February):** * Eligible for **Employment Insurance (EI) benefits**. * **Employer top-up pay** during the layoff period. **What Were Looking For** * Experience in landscaping, gardening, or property care (supervisory experience is a strong asset). * Strong leadership and organizational skills. * Alignment with our mission, vision, and core values: Pursuit of Excellence, Committed Relationships, and Authentic Integrity. * Physical ability to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions. * Valid G drivers license (required). * Experience with landscaping equipment and basic mechanical skills. **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly wage. * Opportunities for leadership and professional growth. * A supportive, team-oriented environment. * Consistent work from March to December and financial stability during the layoff period. * The chance to make a tangible difference in our clients lives and landscapes. **Join Us** This is your opportunity to lead a crew and grow your career with a respected, award-winning company.
