Moncrief Construction is looking to add Qualified Water and Sewer Leadhand/Pipe installer to our growing company. We are looking for an individual that brings a solid work ethic and is willing to work out of town and extra hours when required. Moncrief Construction offers competitive wages and benefit package. Roles and Responsibilities * Work with Divisional superintendent in coordinating project and driving production * Ensuring quality of work through hands on supervision of crew * Verifying elevations and grades to ensure proper installation if utilities * Testing of water lines (pressure, chlorine, bacteria) as required * Set up of temporary water services * Fusing of HDPE pipe * Other related duties as required Qualifications and Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience in water and sewer construction an asset. * Experience as a lead hand of water and sewer crew. * Current Valid Drivers Licence. * Ability to read and understand engineered drawings and specifications. * The ability to problem solve and stay focused in high pressure situations. * Prepare and grade trenches manually with shovel or by working within close proximity of excavator operators. * Strong planning and organizational skills. * Patience in dealing with new skills training and mentorship. * Must be a team player. * Willing to learn and implement Con-Techs core values and processes. ***THIS PROJECTED IS LOCATED NEAR KENORA, ONTARIO.
