The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for home owners/ guest, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A strong emphasis will be placed on safety secuirty services and amenities to enhance the home owners experience. **Duties** * Greet home owner warmly and assist them with guest parking amenities etc. * Provide information about transportation buliding services. * Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. * Maintain accurate records through data entry of guest requests and preferences * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. * Assist with reservations for building items. * Ensure the concierge desk is well-organized and stocked with relevant materials. * Walk throughs with security cameras and locked doors and loitering. **Skills** * Strong phone etiquette to handle guest calls professionally. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and Spanish. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping. * Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. * Ability to analyze guest needs and provide tailored recommendations. * Proven customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest satisfaction. * Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
