Precision Restorations DKI is looking for an individual to join our team as a **Experienced Contents Crew Lead** at our Delta, BC location. If you have the ability to work hard, multitask, be detail-oriented, and learn quickly with a positive attitude, we want to meet you. **Job Responsibilities:** A Contents Crew Lead will work both in the warehouse and in the field on job sites. This position entails a variety of detailed cleaning techniques and can be physically demanding (which includes walking up and downstairs, lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing ladders, and bending). **What we are looking for:** * Conducting general everyday cleaning * Cleaning all types of floors by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming and hand scrubbing * Maintain cleanliness of both office facilities and job sites * Assist with pack-outs, processing (cleaning), and content move back / resets * Follow established cleaning procedures * Complete detailed structure cleans and construction cleans * Processing content in the warehouse * Complete your daily updates for each and every claim in PSA and email * Documentation of Inventory & Non-Restorable Content completed on Encircle (training provided) * Completing and handing in the necessary paperwork **Requirements:** * A minimum 2 year working experience in the restoration industry is mandatory * Previous work experience in a cleaning role is considered an asset * Ability to work overtime for after-hours emergency work * Work well under pressure in difficult circumstances * Have a good communication skills, must be able to communicate (both spoken and written) * Ability to work well alone as well as in a team environment * Must be able to pass a criminal background check * A valid BC Drivers License is a MUST (with a clean drivers abstract) * Familiarity with basic technology use, such as a cell-phone and email (Outlook) and Encircle **What we offer :** Compensation and Benefits Package: * **Competitive Salary:** Enjoy an attractive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience, ensuring you are rewarded for your contributions. * **Health and Dental Benefits:** Comprehensive health and dental coverage that begins after just three months of employment, supporting your well-being and peace of mind. * **Vision Care:** Access to vision care benefits to help you maintain optimal eye health. * **Professional Growth:** We are committed to your career development, offering abundant opportunities for personal and professional growth through training and mentorship programs. #HP Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour Schedule: * Monday to Friday * On call Ability to commute/relocate: * Delta, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application question(s): * Are you flexible to work during evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays? * What is your salary expectation? * When can you start the position? * Are you legally authorized to work in Canada? * This position requires someone to work full time.
