**Job Description:** Nani''s Gelato is seeking a passionate and dynamic Front of House Manager for our Stoney Creek store. Were looking for an outgoing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships with customers and team members, and shares our passion for artisan gelato. This full-time, permanent role offers an opportunity to learn and develop leadership skills, making it ideal for someone eager to lead the business in delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities:** Manage daily store operations for smooth workflow Train and onboard new team members Scoop gelato, prepare milkshakes, cookie sandwiches and other delicious items Assist with basic food prep Be a hospitality leader by setting a high standard. Lead team daily, fostering positive environment Manage opening and closing procedures Support back-of-house to ensure operational flow Address customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly Maintain store cleanliness for welcoming atmosphere **Requirements:** Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a food or hospitality setting Food Handlers Certification (preferred) Ability to train, mentor, and onboard new team members to uphold Nanis quality and service standards. Strong communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Problem-solving skills for operational and customer issues Our busiest time is evenings and weekends.
