Coordinator/Estimator **Position Overview** The Coordinator/Estimator is a dual-role position designed to support both the project coordination and estimating departments. Youll play a key part in ensuring that jobs are scheduled and executed efficiently, while assisting in preparing and delivering detailed project estimates to our residential and commercial clients. The responsibilities may change depending on the particular skillset of the successful candidate. This is an opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced company in the trades. **Key Responsibilities** **Estimating Support:** * Assist in preparing and sending out quotes for Roofing and Exteriors * Measure and review drawings, satellite images, and on-site photos to support take-offs * Follow up on outstanding estimates and document all communications * Assist in price comparisons and materials research **Coordination Duties:** * Schedule site visits, service calls, installations, and inspections with homeowners and crews * Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding timelines, changes, and expectations * Track project progress and update internal systems and calendars * Coordinate material deliveries, subcontractors, and job readiness * Log crew reports, customer updates, and ensure completion documentation is filed properly * Ensure proper coordination and implementation of Ontario regulations are followed in respects to health and safety **Qualifications** * Experience in construction or estimating is an asset * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately * Professional communication skills written and verbal * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with estimating software or CRMs is a plus * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team **How to Apply** Send your resume and a brief cover letter to ****.
