As a member of this collaborative team, you can expect a safe, diverse and inclusive environment, and on-going learning and career development opportunities. **About The Role** Reporting to the Project Manager, while being based on site, the Student Project Coordinator is responsible for providing assistance to senior staff (Project Managers, Superintendents) in the coordination, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control functions within Graham''s Ontario portfolio. **As a Student Project Coordinator at Graham you might:** * Perform a variety of duties including but not limited to updating schedules and budgets, maintaining cost control, monitoring labour material and equipment activities, and administrative duties on the project * Attend project meetings, record meeting minutes, present updates, and document action items and other pertinent project deliverables/decisions * Ensure that project site and company assets are secure and maintain a safe and respectful work environment at all times * Monitor project change management process, identify change events, submit change notices, track changes and optional changes in project scope, and present to the Project Manager when required * Provide timely progress reports to Project Manager * Assist with drawings, drawing records, revisions, site instructions and change orders * Obtain and provide written documentation for all clarifications and instructions * Conduct the Client Satisfaction Survey prior to project closeout * Assist with the review and coordination of project-specific safety plan * Maintain safety records and take responsibility for the development, implementation, and execution of the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) * Monitor and measure HSE goals and expectations using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) * Maintain QA/QC records * Ensure implementation of the Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) on the project site by all project stakeholders * Review the Field Surveillance Reports (FSR) and initiate NCRs based on analysis and severity of findings **Qualifications/Experience:** * Enrolled in Bachelor of (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical) Engineering or Construction and Engineering Technologies program * Previous Co-op experience in the construction industry is an asset * Outstanding professional communication and writing skills * High level of organization with a methodical approach to workloads * Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under demanding deadlines and work schedules * Energetic self-starter who is committed to providing outstanding service both to the internal team and to Graham''s clients * Takes initiative when providing support to senior team members and project leaders * Open minded with the ability to accept feedback, and pivot with the needs of the business * Dependable, collaborative, and committed to quality work **If this sounds like you, then Graham may be the right fit.
