Black Tusk Fire & Security Inc is hiring a full time Office Coordinator in Burnaby. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Coordinator will liaise with technicians and clients to handle a range of administrative duties and provide support where needed. **Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role/related field * Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook * Background in processing payroll duties * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Possess the ability to perform a broad range of simultaneous duties and prioritize tasks * Proficient in using and learning new CRM software * Knowledge of the construction industry and current development areas within the lower mainland is considered an asset **Rewards** * Health Care Benefits * RRSP Matching * Paid tuition/education and a supportive learning environment **Main Duties and Responsibilities** * Primarily answering and directing phone calls * Handling client requests and issues, and responding accordingly via email and phone * Ordering parts and materials with guidance from the Branch Manager; coordinate with Account Managers once parts and materials arrive * Reviewing technician reports to ensure accuracy * Assisting the Office Manager with producing customer quotes * Assisting the Office Manager with various administrative functions * Processing inspection reports from start to finish * Performing bi-weekly payroll duties, timekeeping for technicians and hourly office staff * * Extract details from work reports to generate quotations, and forward to customers **Hours:** Full-time, 40-hour week Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
