**Job Overview** The ideal candidate for this role thrives to work in a team environment and enjoys working outdoors. This position involves frequent travel and working on the road. Additionally, the role starts very early in the morning, with fieldwork beginning at 5:30 a.m. The selected person must have experience in manual work requiring physical effort. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for keeping the service truck up to date with the equipment and parts needed to complete the work * Assist the regional operations manager in coordinating and managing service calls across the organization * Use a variety of hand and power tools to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on carts, ladders, and material handling equipment * Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and work orders by utilizing the provided smartphone for update * Review the day''s work with store managers * Execute the weekly schedule according to the climatic conditions and the performance of the maintenance team **Experience and Skills** * Good knowledge of warehouse work, including inventory management and storage practices * Experience in maintenance, laborer, assembly, delivery, helper, or landscaping role * Basic welding training provided by the company * Good organizational skills to manage a large volume of repetitive work * Quick learning skills to adapt to new tasks and procedures * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Experience in maintenance, laborer, assembly, delivery, helper, or landscaping roles **Qualifications** * Eligible to work in Canada * Possess a valid G driver''s license with no restrictions * Proficiency in spoken and written English is necessary * Minimum age requirement of 21 years (for insurance purposes) * Undergo a criminal record check and a driver abstract verification as part of the hiring process Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay Work Location: On the road **About the company:** This position is for one of our divisions, Total Cart Management LTD.
