The CNC Programmer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. **Duties** * Develop and write CNC programs based on blueprints and engineering specifications. * Set up CNC machines, including loading materials and adjusting settings for optimal performance. * Operate CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and press brake machines, to produce high-quality components. * Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications. * Utilize hand tools and warehouse equipment safely and effectively during the manufacturing process. * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues with machinery or production processes. * Maintain accurate records of production runs, including any adjustments made during the machining process. **Skills** * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery. * Proficiency in blueprint reading to interpret engineering drawings accurately. * Experience with logic controllers for machine operation and programming. * Familiarity with quality control processes to ensure product standards are met. * Ability to assemble components as needed during the production process. * Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. * Competence in fabricating parts using various machining techniques. * Knowledge of press brake machine operation for bending and shaping materials.
