**Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in operating CNC machinery. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to fabricate precision parts according to specifications. The CNC Programmer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. **Duties** * Develop and write CNC programs based on blueprints and engineering specifications. * Set up CNC machines, including loading materials and adjusting settings for optimal performance. * Operate CNC machinery, including lathes, mills, and press brake machines, to produce high-quality components. * Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet required specifications. * Utilize hand tools and warehouse equipment safely and effectively during the manufacturing process. * Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues with machinery or production processes. * Maintain accurate records of production runs, including any adjustments made during the machining process. **Skills** * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery. * Proficiency in blueprint reading to interpret engineering drawings accurately. * Experience with logic controllers for machine operation and programming. * Familiarity with quality control processes to ensure product standards are met. * Ability to assemble components as needed during the production process. * Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. * Competence in fabricating parts using various machining techniques. * Knowledge of press brake machine operation for bending and shaping materials.
