In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring a clean and inviting caf environment. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing our customers'' coffee experience. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and food items according to company standards. * Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the caf, including workstations and dining areas. * Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and cash handling. * Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies. * Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages. **Requirements** * Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred. * Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. * Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions are essential. * Familiarity with POS systems is an asset.
