We are a team of skilled and creative minds tailoring solutions for the Construction Industry. ***Our Mission:*** *To serve the construction industry through innovation, quality work, respect for our clients and team, open communication, and inclusive culture.* ***Our Values:*** *Honesty The foundation of all productive relationships, built on clear communication.* *Respect For our clients, our work, our team, and ourselves.* *Quality Central to all we do and a must in construction.* *Diversity We are building a diverse community that creates opportunities for everyone.* **Title:** Framer Carpenter **Type:** Full Time, Hourly **Wage Range: $25-$35** **Reports to:** Field Supervisor The Wood Framer will be responsible for building and assembling the structural framework of residential and/or commercial buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. **Responsibilities:** * Measure, cut, and assemble framing materials * Install floor joists, studs, rafters, and roof systems * Ensure work is done according to building codes and safety regulations * Work efficiently with hand and power tools in a team environment **Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a framer or rough carpenter * Ability to use measurement tools accurately * Knowledge of building codes and framing techniques * Physically fit and comfortable working in varying weather conditions * Commitment to safety and attention to detail * A self-starter with a willingness to ask questions and find solutions * Ability to work independently and in cooperation with the Field Supervisor * Effective communication skills * Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines * Attention to detail skills; Minimum 1 year of construction industry experience.
