***JOIN OUR TEAM!*** Patene Building Supplies Limited is a distributor of drywall, steel framing components, insulation, acoustic ceilings, shingles and other building materials for the residential and commercial construction industries. We have thirteen (13) branch locations throughout Ontario & Manitoba to serve our customer base of contractors, builders and retail customers. We are currently seeking a **Warehouse**/ **Forklift Operator** for our **St. Catharines** branch. **Responsibilities:** * Daily circle check reports and upkeep of company equipment, including general maintenance * Load/unload trucks for deliveries and outside carriers/transfer trucks * Receive materials, assist on deliveries when required * Report damaged or missing materials or equipment * Assist with inventory counts and general housekeeping of yard and warehouse * Adhere and follow companys Health & Safety policies and regulations * Provide professional and courteous service to customers and sub trades * Work in adverse weather conditions both indoors and outdoors with the ability to lift 45 lbs. plus * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Job Requirements:** * High School diploma * General forklift certification * G Driver''s Licence * 1-3 years related experience, preferably in the construction industry * Must be dependable and a team player * Ability to communicate with co-workers, vendors and customers (verbal and written) We invite qualified candidates to apply **online.** Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * RRSP match * Vision care Work Location: In person
