Perks! * Competitive salary - base salary + commission structure * Excellent benefit package with premiums paid by the company * Company vehicle + fuel card * RRSP Match * Safety-minded organization * Stable, year-round employment * Continuous training, learning and development opportunities * Fun-loving work environment with strong social responsibility What Youll Be Doing **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Responsible for prospecting new customers on jobsites and offices to drive rental revenues * Follow-up leads generated from various sources * Analyze customer needs and requirements, and present customers with equipment rental solutions * Effectively manage and develop networking relationships * Complete required paperwork and processes in an accurate and timely manner What Youll Bring to the Team **Qualifications and Requirements:** * At least 3 years of experience in an Outside Sales role (preferably in equipment rentals, construction, or a related industry) * At least 2 years of experience in the Construction industry and/or experience in construction bidding & job site timelines * Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; post-secondary diploma an asset * Strong drive for results and very customer oriented * Strong prospecting and needs analysis skills * Solid team player and self-starter * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Available to work after working hours and on weekend * Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite * Valid Class G drivers license with a clean or satisfactory drivers abstract (no more than three demerit points).
