Perks! * Competitive salary * Benefits paid by the company * Safety-minded organization * Fun-loving work environment with strong social responsibility What Youll Be Doing **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Ensure completion of Accounts Payable processing including: reviewing and verifying invoices against purchase orders; matching, coding & posting vendor invoices into Accounting system * Coordinate with branches or various departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or to obtain approvals where required * Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor and internal inquiries; follow-up on past-due invoices * Meet month-end related deadlines * Perform other administrative duties as assigned What Youll Bring to the Team **Qualifications and Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high volume environment * Accounting Diploma, Degree or equivalent is an asset * Able to work independently and as part of a large team * Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills * Able to identify and shift priorities as needed; take initiative to get things done * Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills * Focused on delivering excellent customer service and keen attention to detail Want to learn more about this as well as other opportunities at Cooper?
