**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision parts and components. This role requires attention to detail, a strong understanding of machining processes, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Operate CNC machines, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to specifications. * Set up and calibrate machines for production runs, including adjusting tooling and fixtures. * Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files to produce accurate components. * Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards. * Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations during production. * Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise. * Package finished products according to company standards for shipment. * Collaborate with team members in the warehouse to ensure efficient workflow and inventory management. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar machining role. * Proficiency in operating press brake machines and familiarity with various machining processes. * Strong understanding of CAD software for reading technical drawings. * Experience with calipers and other measuring tools is essential. * Ability to operate forklifts safely is a plus. * Basic math skills are required for measurements and calculations. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
