We are looking to hire a full-time, permanent driver with craning certification to operate our Flat Deck Trucks and mobile Hiab Crane when required. **Duties:** * Operate and maintain trucks and Hiab cranes in a safe and efficient manner and assist with offloads as necessary * Perform pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance on cranes * Lift, move, and position heavy materials, equipment, and machinery using the crane * Ensure proper rigging techniques are used for lifting operations * Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the crane * Communicate with team members to coordinate lifting operations * Maintain accurate records of crane operations and inspections **Qualifications:** * Appropriate Drivers License eg: Class 3 W/ Air brake endorsement * Mechanical Aptitude an asset * CraneSafe Certification required for crane operator positions * Forklift Certification an asset (not required) * High School Diploma or GED required * Must always act in a polite and professional manner * Ability to Lift up to 100 lbs regularly * PPE must always be worn * Good interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and dispatchers. **We offer:** * Extended Medical and Dental - after 3 months * RRSP Matching after 6 months. * Support with Additional Training **Your application:** Weve been fortunate to hire some great people, and theyve fueled the growth that has us hiring again.
