**Island Mix Restaurant & Lounge** is currently hiring Servers & Bartenders for our Pickering Location As the primary point of contact for guest interactions you will be responsible to ensure that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience, the server is responsible for selling and serving food and beverages using their knowledge, hospitality and service skills. Key Requirements: * High school diploma, or equivalent. * Flexible availability * Prior experience working as a server and customer service is an asset * Excellent communication abilities * Smart Serve Certified * Must have 2 Years Experience Responsibilities: * Making menu suggestions and describing the dishes to guests * Delivering food to tables * Overseeing table maintenance * Monitoring guest satisfaction * Familiarity with POS * Cleaning & Maintaining Standards * Inventory restocking * Preparing for reservations Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.20 per hour Additional pay: * Tips Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Evening shift * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends as needed Application question(s): * What is your availability on Weekends and Weekdays?
