In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals that reflect our commitment to using fresh, local ingredients. Your culinary expertise will contribute significantly to the overall dining experience we offer. **Responsibilities** * Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in a safe and sanitary manner, adhering to food safety regulations. * Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after shifts. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service. * Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment throughout the shift. * Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant setting. * Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities. * Passion for cooking with an emphasis on quality and presentation.
