We are looking to hire a decidated and skilled Spray Foam Applicator to join our team. We have 1-2 openings available. These are full time positions, not seasonal. No experience is necessary, on the job training provided. **Job Responsibilities** - Must be able to run a 2-3 man crew to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards. - Understand the insulation needs for the specific building, based on the characteristics of the space and the heat-retention abilities of the materials - Measure and cut insulation before any installation, so it will properly cover surfaces in walls, floors and ceilings, and around heating and air conditioning units - Use urethane application tools, such as tape measures, knives, hand saws, drills and power saws, as needed to prepare, as well as clean-up insulation - Ability to troubleshoot problems with proportioners, urethane application guns and pneumatic pumps. - Leave construction sites clean and orderly. Dont leave tools or supplies behind. - Keep a timely schedule and finish all projects efficiently. - Communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, sub-contractors and home owners. - Communicate with the installer as well as management as to project difficulties and problems encountered. - Secure the work site and post signs and caution tape as needed to provide necessary safety to anyone in the area. - Treat fellow employees as internal customers and promote a positive work environment. - Maintain your tools and personal protection equipment in good working condition. - Work safe and use safety personal protection equipment according to company policy (such as safety glasses, respirator, safety toed boots, cut resistant gloves, high visibility clothing and hearing protection). **Job Skills & Qualifications** - Spray Foam Applicator License - Strong leadership ability - Comfortable working on scaffolding and ladders - Strong verbal communication - Ability to perform repetitive movements - Strong decision-making skills - Able to endure both hot and cold weather **Requirements** - Minimum 2 years experience of spraying - G Class Licence - Good work ethic - Ability to work alone as well as in a team based environment - Transportation to and from work - Willingness to learn - Ability to lift 40 lbs - Positive Attitude **We believe you should apply because...** - Company paid benefits after a year - Boot allowance - Company events and **Application Instructions** No cover letter needed.
