Augusta Fruit Market is a retail & wholesale food distributor located in downtown Toronto near the intersection of College and Spadina. We supply fruits, vegetables, herbs, mushrooms, dried goods, and grocery items through our retail location and to a variety of residences, restaurants, hotels, and other foodservice establishments in the GTA. We are currently seeking a team member to fill a Warehouse Worker position on the night shift. This is a permanent full-time position. Responsibilities include: * Assembling outbound orders * Checking outbound orders * Managing inventory * Performing cleaning duties The individual filling this position will report to the Night Operations Manager, who will oversee training, assign tasks, and ensure quality standards are met. The shift is as follows: * Sunday 7:00PM-5:00AM * Monday 7:00PM-5:00AM * Tuesday OFF * Wednesday 7:00PM-5:00AM * Thursday 7:00PM-5:00AM * Friday OFF * Saturday OFF Essential personal traits for the right candidate include: * Punctual * Reliable * Detail-oriented * Responsible * Team-player * Motivated * Self-starter Prior experience in the produce industry is preferred. Great position for someone seeking steady hours and a consistent work schedule. Ability to lift boxes in excess of 25kg required.
