**We''re Hiring: Master Renovator (Full-Time) Join the CKG Design & Build Team!** **Location:** Markham, Ontario **Schedule:** 56 days/week, 9:30 AM 6:00 PM **About Us:** CKG Design & Build is a trusted renovation company based in Markham with over a decade of experience. Were currently seeking a **Master Renovator** with **15+ years of experience** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on renovation work and can support light electrical and plumbing tasks in coordination with licensed trades. **Key Responsibilities:** * Complete interior **kitchen and bathroom renovations** from start to finish * Perform **basic electrical work**: install lights, fans, switches, outlets, and connect appliances * Perform **basic plumbing tasks**: install faucets, shut-off valves, and hook up fixtures * Execute **flooring installations**, including hardwood and tile * Install **bathroom/kitchen tiles**, backsplashes, and grout * Install **interior doors, trims, closets**, and sliding systems * Assist with cabinetry installation and finishing work * Follow safety practices and maintain clean, organized work areas **Current Project Scope Includes:** * Demolition, drywall, framing, and painting * Bathroom and kitchen fixture installation * Tiling, flooring, cabinetry, and appliance hookup * Working with CKGs electricians and plumbers for rough-ins **Requirements:** * **15+ years** of renovation experience (residential preferred) * Skilled in multiple trades: carpentry, tile, flooring, plumbing, light electrical * Reliable, responsible, punctual, and efficient * Valid Ontario drivers license and own vehicle * Own basic tools required for renovation work * Able to read and follow construction drawings and scopes **What We Offer:** * Steady work year-round in GTA * Competitive hourly wage **starting at $50/hr**, based on experience * Supportive, respectful team environment * Opportunities to grow with a reputable company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
