**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled steel/shingle (dual) Installer **WITH A VALID AND CLEAN DRIVER''S LICENSE** **(MUST HAVE)** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products, but primarily steel and shingle material while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The installer is responsible to assist the Site Foreman and crew to complete on-site work as assigned. Site work includes residential and light commercial roofing projects that are new build or renovation/retrofit to all types of roofing materials. Looking for someone with moderate to advanced abilities in roofing installations. **Responsibilities** * Perform installations of products according to specifications and blueprints. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various installation tasks. * Conduct heavy lifting as required during installations. * Apply caulking and other sealing materials as necessary. * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment. * Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions on-site. * Communicate with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns. **Qualifications** * Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role is preferred. * Understanding of technical drawings. * Proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in installations. * Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. * Experience in carpentry or maintenance person services is a plus. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others. * Active Working at Heights certification or training arranged by company if necessary. * Commitment to safety practices on the job site. **Experience Installing as follows** * standing seam steel (primary skill set) * exposed fastener steel panels * asphalt shingles * cedar shakes/shingles * composite rubber panels * TPO and/or EPDM Join our team as an Installer where your skills will contribute to creating exceptional experiences for our customers!
