**Job Title:** Woodworking CNC Operator & Helper **Company:** Infinity Custom Manufacturing **Location:** L4T 1G3 **Job Type:** Full-time **Salary:** Based on experience **Start Date:** Immediate **Job Description:** We are a growing custom millwork and cabinetry company seeking a **CNC Operator** and **Shop Helper** to join our team. The ideal candidate should be reliable, hard-working, and passionate about woodworking and precision manufacturing. **Responsibilities:** **CNC Operator:** * Set up and operate CNC machinery for cutting wood panels * Interpret technical drawings and design files (AutoCAD, Mozaik, etc.) * Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of machines * Ensure quality control and accuracy of cuts **Helper:** * Assist CNC operator and other staff with daily tasks * Load and unload materials * Maintain a clean and organized shop environment * Basic sanding, assembling, or Labeling as needed **Requirements:** * CNC Operator: Minimum 1 year of experience in woodworking CNC operation * Helper: No experience required; willingness to learn is key * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs * Team player with strong work ethic * Safety-conscious and detail-oriented **Preferred:** * Familiarity with Biesse machines * Experience in custom cabinetry or millwork industry * Forklift certification * Driving License ( Mandatory) **What We Offer:** * Competitive wages * Opportunities for growth * Supportive work environment **To Apply:** Please submit your resume and brief cover letter through Indeed or email us at We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
