Victoria House Smiths Falls, ON Residence Ste Marie Vars, ON Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available About Us: Victoria House and Residence Ste Marie provide safe, supportive, and caring environments for adults in our residential group homes. We are committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents through compassion, respect, and individualized support. Position Overview: We are seeking reliable and compassionate Caregivers to join our team. PSW certification is not required we welcome applicants with a caring nature and strong work ethic. Note: This role does not involve personal care such as bathing or dressing our residents are independent in these areas. Responsibilities: Provide supervision and general assistance with daily routines Support residents in recreational, social, and community activities Prepare and serve meals/snacks Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment Offer companionship and encouragement to residents Follow safety protocols and report any concerns to the supervisor Qualifications: Experience in caregiving, community work, or customer service is an asset (training provided) Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Legally eligible to work in Canada Willingness to complete Vulnerable Sector Check and First Aid/CPR (if not already certified) What We Offer: On-the-job training and ongoing support Flexible scheduling options Friendly and supportive work environment How to Apply: Please email your resume to and indicate the location(s) you are applying for.
