With a strong design point of view and a lean, hands-on team, we are looking for a proactive and highly organized individual to support our Design Director in all facets of product development and production.This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand shaping the future of active apparel, with growth potential and the chance to make a real impact.The Role:You will work closely with the Design Director to manage day-to-day communication with factories, organize and track development and production timelines, and keep our seasonal calendars on course. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-obsessed, and loves keeping things moving behind the scenes.Responsibilities:Production & Factory CommunicationCoordinate with domestic and overseas vendors to track sample development, approvals, and bulk production statusFollow up on deliveries, timelines, and outstanding itemsSupport fit sessions by organizing samples and tracking changesProduct Development SupportMaintain and update tech packs, BOMs, and line sheetsUpdate design decks and wholesale linesheetsAssist with sourcing raw materials, trims, and fabricsHelp manage lab dips, strike-offs, and swatch approvalsMeasure samples and support with fit comments and product developmentManage product knowledgeAdmin & Workflow ManagementCreate and maintain seasonal WIP trackers and calendarsTrack and manage sample inventory and shipping/receivingMaintain & develop cost negotiations libraryImprove and maximize use of PLM softwareCross-functional SupportLiaise with logistics, e-commerce, wholesale and marketing as needed to keep them aligned on delivery timelines and product statusQualifications:13 years of experience in apparel production or product development (activewear a plus)Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and follow-up habitsProficient in Excel/Google Sheets; PLM or Adobe Illustrator a plusComfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting prioritiesPassion for women's fashion, activewear, and detail-oriented executionPlease submit your resume and a short note on why you're interested in this role and what you bring to the table to jennifer@shop437.com on or before August 17th at 11:59 pm.Bonus if you include any examples of organizational tools or systems youve created or managed.
