You will be responsible for leading NSUS Groups talent acquisition function, specifically sourcing and screening candidates in line with corporate culture and image, and supporting business stakeholders in filling open positions (requisitions). You will report to the HR Director and collaborate with business stakeholders across the organization.Duties and Responsibilities:Talent AcquisitionCreatively source, screen, and support recruitment for all regions and all levels of the organizationSchedule interviews and candidate assessmentsBuild headhunter and external recruitment relationshipsManage, track, and fill requisitionsMaintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboardsAnalyze and provide insights on recruitment metricsOther recruitment duties as may be assignedTalent Management and HRSupport onboarding and new hire set up, when and if applicableSupport tracking and maintenance of performance and salary review infrastructureOther talent development support duties as may be assignedCross-train and support Global HR duties, when and if applicableQualifications:1 years experience in in Recruitment and/or HRProficiency with GSuite, MS Office, and Adobe productsExperience with Slack or similar programs and able to communicate directlyAble to take instructions and solve problems without creating work for othersProfile Differentiators:Prior experience in Executive and/or Admin Assistant roles in an busy startup environmentAble to escalate red flags, hurdles, and gaps in performance and operationsCompensation:Annual performance raiseMax 30% annual discretionary bonusFlexible and competitive benefits after probationFree parking or Presto CardEndless snacks, coffee, tea, and beveragesWork with and learn from some of the most creative minds in global iGamingWe are an equal-opportunity employer and we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming workplace for all.
