Stay up to date on product updates, new releases, and competitive products in the market. Create detailed product documentation supporting both internal and external teams. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify customer needs and market trends. Assist in developing product positioning and marketing strategies. Collaborate with engineering, R&D, sales, and marketing to drive product success. Work directly with sales and customers to gather feedback, identify pain points, feature requests, and areas for improvement. Track and report on key product performance metrics. Raise concerns with the Product Manager as they arise to alert to any off-track milestones. Collaborate on promotional activities, product materials, and marketing strategies. Perform other duties as assigned. Ensure Occupational Health and Safety compliance with laws and regulations. Follow all procedures in accordance with Accuenergy (Canada) Inc. policies and operational regulations. Perform any other operational responsibilities as the company continues to grow.
