We are seeking a passionate and creative Community Engagement Specialist to join our team, serving as the community outreach point person for our stores in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Position Overview: As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand''s local presence. You will be responsible for actively engaging with the Oklahoma City and Tulsa communities surrounding Air Comfort Solutions and our plumbing brand, Hi-Tech. Your goal is to connect with and build lasting relationships with our employees and local customers, ultimately driving brand loyalty and increasing local brand visibility. This position reports into our Marketing Manager for the region. *While this role is based in Oklahoma City, it will require weekly travel to Tulsa. This position will split time between both locations in OKC and Tulsa in-office with the stores on a weekly basis.* Key Responsibilities: Community Outreach and Events:Act as the primary liaison between our branches and their respective communities identifying opportunities for engagement and collaboration. Build partnerships with local schools, chambers, nonprofits and other organizations to: Initiate, plan and attend community events to promote our brand, collect leads and interact with attendees Coordinate local volunteer activities with employees to give back Foster relationships with community leaders and organizations Brand Representation:Establish a visual presence in the community and always represent our brand in a positive and professional manner, embodying our core values and maintaining the highest ethical standards Feedback and Reporting:Collect feedback and insights from events as well as local customers to provide recaps, learnings and reports Budget Management:Manage monthly and annual budgets to create engaging community and employee events and partnerships Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies with overall business goals. Strong partnership must also exist between our Social Media Specialist and Community Engagement Specialist, as this role will help bring local efforts and initiatives to life on social channels. The role will coordinate cross-functional efforts to support relevant holidays, campaigns, and initiatives.
