Workers'' Compensation Claims Manager Are you experienced in managing workers'' compensation claims in Quebec? We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure efficient intake and management of workplace injury claims in compliance with provincial requirements and client policies. Key Responsibilities : Claims Management: Open and proactively manage claims with the Quebec CNESST to minimize time-loss and costs. Incident Investigation: Investigate reported incidents to identify and resolve issues promptly. Communication: Maintain open communication with clients, injured workers, and CNESST. Legislation Interpretation: Apply Quebec''s workers compensation laws, policies, and procedures. Reporting and Appeals: File injury reports, handle appeals, and draft objection letters. Case Management: Develop and monitor return-to-work and rehabilitation strategies. Medical Follow-Up: Follow up on medical reports and CNESST correspondence. Independent Medical Evaluations: Prepare files for IMEs. Requirements : Experience: Proven experience managing workers'' compensation claims in Quebec. Knowledge: Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and claims processes in Quebec. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and French.
