Job Description Allied Universal is seeking Professional Security Agents to join our team in Gatineau. As a security agent, your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety of client properties and personnel, providing customer service, security operations, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, the ability to handle crisis situations, and a customer-focused approach. Position Details: Title: Security Agents Location: Gatineau Type: Part-time Salary Range: $19.69 - $21.43 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday, various hours Responsibilities: Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring only authorized personnel enter. Conduct regular patrols to identify and mitigate security risks. Respond to incidents and emergencies, ensuring safety for all involved. Operate and monitor security systems including CCTV, access control, and alarms. Maintain accurate security and incident reports, escalate issues as needed. Ensure compliance with provincial and local security regulations. Collaborate with security team and client staff to maintain a safe environment. Qualifications: 6 months to 1 year of proven experience as a security officer or in a similar environment. Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, capable of report writing and communication. Complete a 5-year background check with a clean security record. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant work experience. Experience with CCTV, access control systems, and alarm monitoring software. Excellent observation and surveillance skills. Valid Montreal security license (BSP). First aid certification (CNESST) required. Authorized to work in Canada up to 40 hours/week.
