Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a , you will be responsible for helping overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring efficient food preparation and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation workers - Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to high standards of quality and presentation - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new menu items and specials - Train new employees on proper food handling and safety procedures - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area - Adhere to all health and safety regulations Skills: - Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food - Exceptional communication skills Requirements: - Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food industry - Knowledge of restaurant management principles is preferred - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects If you are passionate about the food industry, have strong leadership abilities, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
