Experienced Painter High-End Residential Projects Location: Vernon, BC + Surrounding Areas Wage: $23$26/hr (based on experience) Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs/week year-round (interior work in winter) Start Date: Late August or as soon as available Benefits: Paid stat holidays + accrued vacation About Us Third Generation Painters is a locally owned company with family roots in the trade. We specialize in high-end residential painting, staining, and refinishing across Vernon and the North Okanagan from timber restoration and lakefront homes, to cabinet refinishing and interiors in winter. But the reality is: its winter. Were offering steady, full-time hours through the slow season with premium work and a mature crew. If you show up, perform, and buy into how we operate, theres a clear path forward. As we bring on one to two more full-time crews next season, well be looking to promote from within. If you prove yourself this winter, well be having a serious conversation about getting you into a leadership position by May 2026, with $30/hr+ potential and full crew responsibility.
