Positions Available Tea Barista Job Responsibilities Barista Responsibilities: Master various tea-making processes Ensure the taste and quality of beverages meet company standards Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of tea-making equipment Collaborate with the team to ensure efficiency and consistency in production Prepare and handle tea ingredients Ensure the quality and freshness of all ingredients Maintain a clean and tidy work environment Assist baristas in the preparation of beverages Greet customers, handle orders, and answer inquiries Maintain a positive service attitude and professional appearance Manage cash register operations, ensuring accurate accounting Assist with other daily store operations Job Requirements Barista Requirements: Prior experience in tea making preferred Strong team collaboration skills Responsible and detail-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-07-07
