Part-time Offers 25-30 hours Full - Time 44 hours Job Types: Part-time, Full-time_Key Responsibilities_ _Must have experience in cooking meat and fish, understanding temperatures of protein_ _Must have experience in cooking pasta, understanding proper cook of pasta and executing flavourful pasta dishes_ Follow all recipes of Executive Chef. diligently Execute dishes with accuracy, speed, and detail; emphasis on presentation and garnishing Must prep (chopping, peeling, cutting) and stock cooking station with all the necessary ingredients and equipment before leaving your shift. Monitor stock and log shortages Keep a clean work station, including equipment and utensils; understand and abide by health & safety standards and Food safe requirements_Key Requirements_ Minimum 3 year experience Food Handling and Health & Safety Training Skilled in various cooking methods; grilling, frying, sauteing, chopping, preparing, strong knife skills and workable knowledge of kitchen equipment.
