Niagara Falls Valet Services is now hiring a Door Person that will be stationed at our DoubleTree Fallsview Resort & Spa hotel! As the successful candidate your main responsibilities will be: Welcoming all arriving guests and thanking all departing guests for staying with us Opening doors for guests that arrive and leave the hotel Providing guests with information. I.e. luggage storage, registration desk, concierge desk, hotel layout, hours of operation, directions, etc. Handling all guests' requests and concerns immediately in a professional and positive manner Qualifications: Previous Customer Service experience Excellent organizational and time management skills Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays Exceptional communication skills Due to the volume of resumes we receive, only candidates selected for an interview by our hiring managers will be contacted.
