Job Description Widder Station Golf, Grill & Tap House is looking for a full-time, year-round Guest Experience Manager to join our team! Key Responsibilities - Oversee all day-to-day Food & Beverage operations, ensuring top-tier service within budget and to the highest standards.- Maintain excellent levels of guest satisfaction and customer service.- Train and manage front-of-house staff including bartenders, servers, hosts, and bussers.- Manage alcohol purchasing, inventory control, and continually improve service processes.- Proactively respond to guest needs, inquiries, and concerns.- Attract, hire, train, and evaluate food and beverage staff.- Schedule staff for daily operations, beverage carts, tournaments, and events.- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Qualifications - Proven experience in food and beverage management.- Proficient in restaurant POS systems and management software (e.g., MS Office).- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and coaching skills.- Exceptional communication skills and a guest-first attitude.- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.- Ability to meet performance targets and drive team success.- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.- Culinary diploma or a degree in food service management (preferred).
