We have a long operating history and we are looking forward to bringing onboard highly motivated individuals onto the team!We are currently seeking to add an experienced Rope Access Supervisor to the team in order to manage and lead crews of 3-6 workers on general construction and maintenance projects. The Supervisor will report directly to the operations manager and directing staff. Duties & Responsibilities Providing safety management, work site organization, and assistant supervisory leadership and accountabilities to work crews on various projects. Execution of projects from inception through to completion by means of rope access. These projects include: Industrial maintenance, repairs, mechanical rigging and installations, on-site fall protection, rescue and training assistance Facilitating safe work for Industrial and Commercial Repairs including welding, coatings, insulation, electrical, etc. Inspection services include a full range of traditional non-destructive testing (NDT) solutions. Ensuring team members are provided and use appropriate PPE for the task as well as ensuring operational safety of all equipment. Liaising with Operations manager, clients and site crews to ensure work scopes are understood and well executed to a high standard. Traveling to various work locations throughout the region as required.
