What You'll Do: Bring signs to life by fabricating, bending and cutting materials like aluminum, steel, and more to create everything from pylon signs to channel letters and architectural structures . Work from detailed plans and artistic renderings to craft pieces that meet the highest standards of quality and structural integrity. Be a problem solver -interpret fabrication drawings and creatively tackle new challenges every day. Communicate and collaborate with your team, including the Production Manager , to keep projects on track and within budget. Take pride in your work, knowing your creations make a real difference for our clients. What We're Looking For: At least 3 years of fabrication experience , preferably with metal Experience with cutting, bending, riveting, and bonding materials -and a passion for creative design in the sign industry. A self-motivated, quality-driven individual who takes pride in their work and loves seeing the end result. A creative problem-solver who can troubleshoot challenges and push the limits of what's possible. Experience in Welding. This position is 10% welding 90% fabricator Organized, punctual, and comfortable maintaining accurate paperwork (basic computer skills a plus). Flexibility to work day shifts and evening shifts -and a team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
