The Keg Steakhouse & Bar Fallsview is currently seeking a dedicated, experienced Restaurant Manager. As the successful candidate your main responsibilities will be: Managing a high-volume restaurant. Performing opening and closing duties of the restaurant. Supervising front and back of the house staff. Ensuring completion of daily checklists. Interacting with guests to ensure guest satisfaction. Monitoring every form of service that is being rendered to guest within the restaurant. Attending to or addressing all guest issues and maintaining guest satisfaction at all times. Ensuring employees adhere to the Keg's operation and/or service standards. Assisting recruitment and training of suitable employees within the restaurant. All other duties as required by management. The qualifications for this position are as follows: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant setting. Able to make difficult decisions. Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and/or busy times. Great multitasking, communication, and time management skills. A commitment to service excellence. A passion for food, people and building teams. Commitment to succeed in a team-orientated environment. Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work different shifts, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
