Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-orientedDishwasher & Kitchen Cleaner to join our fast-paced kitchen team. This is a key support role focused on maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe environment. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in upholding high sanitation standards and can work efficiently under pressure. While this position does not involve washing customer plates or glasses, it includes full responsibility for cleaning cookware, prep surfaces, and storage areas. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize hotel pans, pots, cooking utensils, and prep equipment _(Note: No dishwashing of customer-facing plates or glasses required)_ Operate dishwashing machine and ensure proper functioning by performing routine maintenance. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling and cleanliness.
