This is a customer service sales role, with some office administration, inventory and warehousing duties. Forklift certification is an asset; candidates without certification must be willing to obtain it. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing professional and timely communication Engage in customer-facing sales and service to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue Prepare and send quotes and invoices to clients as needed Manage building maintenance requests and coordinate necessary repairs and renos Order office supplies, furniture, and equipment as needed Schedule meetings and manage calendars Schedule and coordinate project installs Coordinate team schedules and help ensure seamless collaboration across departments Perform other administrative tasks as required including invoicing, quoting and phone Represent Fires Alive at local home shows and community events Assist with tasks and special job requests from the owner as they arise Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management and occasional forklift operation. Forklift certification is an asset; candidates without certification must be willing to obtain it.
