Experienced Painter - High-End Residential Projects Location : Vernon, BC + Surrounding Areas Wage : $23-$26/hr (based on experience) Hours : Full-time, 40 hrs/week year-round _(interior work in winter)_ Start Date : Late August or as soon as available Benefits : Paid stat holidays + accrued vacation About Us Third Generation Painters is a locally owned company with family roots in the trade. We specialize in high-end residential painting, staining, and refinishing across Vernon and the North Okanagan - from timber restoration and lakefront homes , to cabinet refinishing and interiors in winter .We're not a budget crew or a fly-by-night operation. Why This Role Is Different We book premium jobs with great clients Our sites are organized, well-managed, and drama-free You won't be babysitting a clueless helper or covering no-shows You'll be respected as a pro - and expected to work like one What We're Looking For 2-3+ years on a structured residential or commercial painting crew Strong with prep, masking, cutting, rolling, interior & exterior finishes Comfortable with cabinet refinishing and stain work - or open to learning Clean jobsite habits, strong communication, and zero ego Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Note: We're not looking for painters who are stuck in their ways or unwilling to follow proven systems. We train, we standardize, and we expect team members to buy in. But the reality is: it's winter. We're offering steady, full-time hours through the slow season with premium work and a mature crew. If you show up, perform, and buy into how we operate, there's a clear path forward.As we bring on one to two more full-time crews next season, we'll be looking to promote from within. If you prove yourself this winter, we'll be having a serious conversation about getting you into a leadership position by May 2026, with $30/hr+ potential and full crew responsibility.
