We're looking for a Landscape Construction Lead Hand who has experience in landscape construction. Specifically in hardscape construction including interlock, flagstone, retaining walls, armour stone, natural stone coping and pool construction.Who should apply: We're looking for an individual who has experience as a Landscape Construction Lead Hand working under a foreman. You are passionate about working in the outdoors, working in a team environment, and have a good understanding of working with various machinery, stone/aggregates, and small power tools and have the ability to work on our own.What we offer:- Opportunity to grow into a Foreman position- earn promotions & advancements within the company- competitive wages- earn healthcare benefits packages- develop and learn new skills- industry leading equipment for efficient workJob Duties:- Work closely with the foreman to execute blueprint plans accordingly.- Providing assistant in site layout, setting grades, heights, interlock, steps, armour stone, concrete, pool layout and build.- Operate and use various landscape equipment (skidsteers, excavators, stone saws, tampers).- Building interlock walkways, patios, steps, pools, retaining walls, coping.- Drive Dump Trucks and Trailers- Manual labour (required physical work as needed) Qualifications for Landscape Construction Lead hand Minimum of 2 years experience in construction as a landscape construction lead hand Strong leadership and supervisory skills Proficient in blueprint reading and construction techniques Ability to manage projects and coordinate with team members effectively Summary As a Landscape Construction Lead Hand you will work closely with the site foreman, have the ability to follow direction on all aspect of landscaping projects, ensuring quality control and attention to detail. Your relevant skills in blueprint reading and construction building are critical to the success of the company.
