Excellent written and verbal fluency in English (French is an asset). Comprehensive knowledge of popular travel destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel regulations, with knowledge of the North American travel market, an asset. Ability to work independently. Valid work authorization. Job Duties will include (but not be limited to): Utilize strong sales skills to promote travel packages and close deals. Create customized travel plans based on clients'' needs and budgets. Offer expert advice to enhance clients'' vacation experiences and ensure great value. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the travel planning process. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Use preferred suppliers to book travel and manage reservations. Handle all travel booking paperwork and keep organized client records. Address customer complaints professionally and effectively.
