Salehi Law is a Personal Injury law firm located in Toronto near Donmills Road and Eglinton Avenue. Our firm has a great working environment. We are currently looking for two full-time accident benefits licensed paralegals to join our friendly and hardworking Personal Injury team. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST 4 YEARS OF ACCIDENT BENEFITS CLAIMS EXPERIENCE. Responsibilities will include: - Managing all aspects of an Accident Benefits claim - Settling Accident Benefits claims - Being able to confidently have carriage of 150+ Accident Benefits claims - Drafting and organization of Accident Benefits documents and forms - Corresponding with clients, opposing counsel, insurance adjusters, and other associates - Other duties as assigned Applicant requirements: - Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution. - Must be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. - Must have experience in managing 150+ Accident Benefits claims for at least 4 years from inception of the claims to settlement. - Must be knowledgeable in the SABS. - Must have excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
