The Barley Station Brew Pub is looking to add an experienced line cook to our team. We are a longstanding local favorite in beautiful Salmon Arm, and delicious food and beer, and great community involvement. Duties: - Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping - Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff - Follow recipes and presentation specifications - Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized workstation - Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Requirements: - Proven experience as a Line Cook - Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures - Understanding of food safety practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Team player with good communication skills If you are passionate about creating delicious dishes and thrive in busy setting, we encourage you to apply for the Line Cook position with us.
