As a key player in Marketplace Operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring our sellers meet customer expectations. About the Role This is a 5-month contract position with potential for extension. You will work on-site, 5 days a week in Whitby, Canada. Build business and operations relationships with Marketplace sellers. Manage seller performance against key Marketplace metrics. Oversee seller performance review processes. Collaborate with sellers to resolve issues and provide solutions for a positive customer experience. Act as an escalation point for customer inquiries/requests and ensure customers have a great website experience. Represent Marketplace as an operations expert in all eCommerce projects. Plan, communicate, and drive adoption of required efforts by sellers. Design and develop future Marketplace operations and fulfillment processes. Liaise with store teams to address and resolve opportunities related to Marketplace site-to-store shipments. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor''s Degree. 1-3 years of vendor management experience. Strong communication skills and ability to influence Sellers. Comfort working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Retail Operations, Supply Chain, or eCommerce is highly recommended. Strong analytical skills and ability to make clear recommendations for improvement based on large datasets.
