We''re looking for reliable, trustworthy, organized office staff for our call center. Must be comfortable to work in an office environment and in front a computer. Need to be able to carry a clear conversation and communicate clients. Call Center experience is a bonus but not a must. Training is provided in-house. Project coordinators are customer service agents that serve specific clients. The role is intended to provide a personable experience where clients have a direct contact they trust at the company. The role involves understanding the overall process of solar and all the steps a project requires in order to be completed. Project coordinators are responsible to ''micro-manage'' everybody involved in advancing the project. Project coordinators are the face of the company in communications with customers and sales reps. Each agent is provided a desk, a computer with 2 screens, direct line as well as access to company software. As a project coordinator you''ll have access to our online training materials, videos as well as guidance and support from the department leaders. Full time hours, Monday to Friday 9am - 530pm. Starting hourly wage $17.3 - $23.2, health benefits after 6 months, raise opportunities. Job responsibilities: Act as the specific project contact person. Act as the person responsible for the advancement and timelines of multiple projects. Answer incoming phone calls and emails as they come. Attend the department group meetings.
